Established in 2009, Liberty Interiors offer a range of turnkey and bespoke services including joinery and metal fabrication, upholstery for a variety of shopfitting & interior fit-out projects. The company specializes in project management, shop fitting, manufacture, design, and full installation. They also take care of all planning and logistics involved in substantial projects to meet the changing needs of their clients, many of whom are household names.
Liberty Interiors have created some stunning interiors working in collaboration with key designers and other sub-contractors such as G S Signs & Graphics.
The Signage Challenge
The Fred Perry Manchester retail project is among the many projects G S Signs & Graphics have worked with Liberty Interiors on. They asked us to design and supply temporary window vinyl during a recent fit-out that Liberty Interiors handled from start to finish.
The window vinyl needed to let enough light in during the day but block out viewing into the site and we recommended Contra Vision® Privacy Window Film™. This product started out white and we printed directly to the face. The reverse is black giving one way vision from inside out.
The end result was excellent one-way vision from the inside with natural light, great solar control, and minimal ghostly internal reflections at night. Exactly what was needed.
The project also required us to supply and install LED external signage on the angled shop front and changing room LED signage. Creation and supply of vinyl for in-store projectors onto the polycarbonate sheet wall was also part of our remit.

The premises that Liberty Interiors work from are on the same business park as G S Signs & Graphics so when signage expertise was called for, they chose to support a local business and worked with us.
Collaboration With Skilled Contractors Achieves Great Results
This was a very large project involving G S Signs & Graphics working as part of a larger team including an internal branding company and an array of excellent shopfitters and electricians. Our part of the Fred Perry project was a smooth two–day installation with no problems on site. Liberty Interiors were happy that all health and safety procedures were followed, and we supplied our own access equipment. The signage was supplied as per design drawings and signed off by a very happy client.
Quality Workmanship Leads to New Signage Opportunities
Liberty Interiors have not needed to re-visit the store since it opened which demonstrates the quality of the workmanship provided. GS Signs & Graphics have since worked with us on other projects.
